I did not receive my item, happiness engineers take days to respond to emails! I marked the email urgent last week and am still waiting a response. Pacel suposedly left in porch by hermes, i dont have a porch and no item delivered. Extremely poor response to my complaint and request for xmas delivery and re issue of item.
