I purchased 2 Tick Talk products for my twin boys. Since then they have yet been able to use them as intended. On purchasing I was reassured that the watches would work in the uk. However the most important part, the time telling is not active due to GMT. I have contacted them several times however I not once had a response. I have spent £200 on device that are not fully functional. I am loosing the will to live as this company clearly has no idea about customer services or care!!! They only earned the 1star rating due to delivery!!!!
