I had a problem with my delivery at first, the courier company wasn't sure where the parcel was and it was just before Xmas. I was expecting to have to make a claim and wait for it to be found but the customer service person at Wowzr immediately sent out a replacement on an express service to make sure I got it in time for Xmas as it was a gift for my nephew. Very impressed with their customer service and a great product too, my nephew loves it
