Although the item was created and dispatched in a reasonable timeframe, my order was not how it was represented on the online creator. After receiving the item, I contacted customer service with screenshots of what I submitted vs how it had arrived. I did receive an email acknowledging my query informing me that they would look into sending a corrected item, this was nearly a month ago - I have not received this item nor have I been contacted with an update. I have followed up on the original email requesting a refund but this has gone unanswered.
