I contacted Wrendale Designs to see if I could purchase a new lid for my daughter’s water bottle. She’d only had it a few days and loved it. Unfortunately a jealous child at school decided to throw it on the ground outside and dented the lid really badly. Not only did Megan send me a new lid free of charge she also sent a bookmark and tin as a gift. So kind and restores my faith in humanity!
