Am a little annoyed with the company as their top banner on the page says that if you order within a certain time you will receive the order next working day. I placed an order and after payment was taken was told it would come in 7-10 working days. I contacted their after sales team which does not respond to emails in a timely manner at all. Was told I was confused as they only offer next day delivery service on Tyvek and Vinyl wristbands not Silicone ones. If that is the case this should be very clearly noted which it is not. Not happy with the service as my event is on Friday and I still have no wrist bands which I ordered on Thursday 22nd September for an event on 30th September 2016.
