I rented the Wunderwiege engine. The customer service was very friendly and responded very quickly to my inquiries. The product arrived with delay which was compensated with a 5Euro Amazon voucher.
Unfortunately the whole Wonder Cradle system did not work for our son. Sending the engine back was a hassle. You have to fill out a form and need to print it (i do not have a printer). Also cost for sending back the rented engine has to be paid by the customer - overall Ii paid a lot of money for very little that I got in return...
