Opened a new account.
Placed two orders.
Paid by debit card, order processed and funds cleared (no longer just held)
Received two cancellation emails this morning. No reason. No apology.
Now I'm £900 down and have to wait for this to be returned. Telephone call to CS was answered by an Indian call centre who claimed the item was very popular which is why it was cancelled.
Disgraceful service and I won't be returning.
