I have been a customer for a few years..
My problem is with that catalogue they rip people off due to saying 'interest' I have wrote all my payments down everytime so I know what I am paying but my bill seems to not go down and all I am getting told is 'interest' on top of items now I have told them to block my account as I do not no longer want to be a customer anymore.
