As a mum in a panic as the washing machine had broken. Used a web request and promptly got a call and booked a repair the following day with a £45.00 charge . No email confirmation was received. No one responded to subsequent requests for a telephone call.
No email, no visit but £730 of fraudulent credit card transactions... Coincidence ?
