I purchased a expensive powered respirator costing over £250 from Axminster tools in April.Since then it has stopped working twice . It has been repaired once by Axminster but now despite numerous emails to them and a recorded delivery letter to their managing director,no effort has been made to collect the mask or even contact me. I am now left with a mask that is obviously faulty and will be making a claim against Axminster in the County court. Axminster used to be a good company but is now selling rubbish and refusing to honour the guarantees on its products. We will not be dealing with them again ,and I advise anybody else not to either.
