Spent thousands with this company setting up my wood shop over the last 6months. Last piece of kit was a thicknesser plainer costing over £1600. It arrived uncalibrated and very scant instructions on how to calibrate it. Customers services directed me to a Youtube video produced by one of their customers on how to do this (as they had no idea either)! After spending literally days trying to get it straight I asked for an engineer to come out. Initially they agreed to this but after hearing nothing for 24hours I contacted them again and was told that they had no engineers in my area but 'go and watch this video on Youtube'!! Gave them two options: 1. Send an engineer to calibrate it or 2. Collect it and refund. They opted for option 2. Offered no further help or advice. I even copied in my complaint to their MD and have heard nothing. Left with days of down time and a back log of orders which I can't for-fill until I source a new machine. Very over rated kit and I suspect a lot of the reviews are stooges.
