I was very nervous when I when in, however I felt a lot better once I when throe the front door, the receptionist was very pleasant and smiling and very good gesture asked if I wanted a Drink, also once I have my name Timothy was there and just said Hi Maria how are you, I thought that this was very professional and made me feel good. In the meting with Timothy his mannerism made me feel more relax and he was very professional and explained every thing to me, so at the end of the meeting I was a very happy person.
