I found the staff at cartwright king who were dealing with my case, to be very supportive, fair and constructive in their consultations with my case. they asked the right questions and challenged things if there were things that needed to be asked and answered. correspondence between us was very positive via email, letter, telephone or popping in for a chat of the cuff, they were always around as and when I needed to discuss any issues, if for any reason they weren't there they would contact me back at a more convenient time.
