Daniel at Cartwright King responded to my initial e-mail immediately and invited me in the next day at a time that suited me. He was clear and concise and I had no trouble understanding what he was telling me. This was very welcome at quite an emotional time for me when I just needed someone else to understand quickly, explain in a language I can relate to and to just sort it all out. Thanks to him all my paperwork is in order.
