I would like to commend Sherena Lawrence who acted on our behalf. Having previously dealt with Rachel Harvey before who will always be a tough act to follow, Sherena took on the mantle and was very efficient and caring. We were not just a case number but people. Our next hurdle will be Citizenship and we will be most disappointed if we can't get Sherena to deal with this for us. Look after her, she's worth it.
