I've been trying to return some curtains, but it's proving frustratingly impossible. You can't return any items without first getting approval, but despite three emails and a telephone call (answer phone) I have had no response whatsoever. If they don't respond within the 30 day returns period they offer, I will have to take them to court to get my money back. Appallingly bad service, will never use them again.
