Waited in all day for mattress delivery that never showed.
Customer service have told me they will investigate but this could take up to 72 hours.
I'm over 60 years old and now sleeping on my sofa. Not happy about Dunelms customer care. They've got my money and don't seem to be in any hurry to sort this out
