I visited Morecambe store and needed assistance, I asked a young lady called Scarlett would she mind helping me, she immediately said “of course I will “ with lovely smiling eyes above her mask. She was absolutely great in sorting out my various requirements, chatting to me pleasantly as she did so. It was a delight to be served by such a charming, efficient and professional young lady.
