I brought 2 touch lamps and only one is working.
To contact anyone is virtually impossible as it was not an on line purchase, i have sent emails but it comes back visit the store.
It is a 30 mile round trip for me to go back with something that was their fault. I was told i had to take the item back they could not send a replacement. Quick enough to sell something but when there is a problem not very helpful at all!!
