I had excellent customer service from a staff member name Lauren in the Enfield branch. She I needed curtains fir an elderly man but did not understand the measurements. She stayed with me and helped me understand what I would need, I was very flustered but she took the time to put me at ease and then continued to help when I needed nets and PVC coverings. Absolutely helpful & kind young lady.
