I recently visited dunelm at Mansfield looking for pencil pleat curtains - not having realised that they are as rare as hens teeth! Rows and rows of ring tops but I only found a small display of the type I wanted. I was leaving the store via the curtain fabric dept when a young man by the name of Kyle asked if he could help. What an asset he is to Dunelm- endless patience , took me round the aisles to show me the type I wanted & explained the ones I could only get on line! I ended up buying 3 sets of curtains (one set online) plus other sundry items. This is what selling is all about-enthusiasm for your job. Well done Kyle.
