I purchased a sofa from Dunelm, after 12 months the sofa which was used in a little used second sitting room. Dunelm asked for photos, these were sent I was then told out of warranty . This is in breach of consumer rights act 2015.
My concern is that there was no discussion after this there have not responded to emails or letters. I am still pursuing this. The sofa was very poor quality and was not fit for purpose.
