Nottingham store:
Male named Richard, was extremely helpful and polite. I wanted to complete an order online but when I got to the checkout I wasn't able to use my gift card. I went into the store and Richard helped me find everything that I wanted, he walked around the store with me to show me where the items were!
I had completed my shop within 10 minutes as he helped me find the items and new exactly where they were!
Lovely guy, I hope he gets praised for this!! :)
