I Have Had A Very Bad Experience With The Delivery Of A Rug. At 75 I Was Expected
I’ve just had a rug delivered and had to ask him to bring it into the room. I was then left to unopened it myself. I’m not sure if I like it but the procedure to return it is hard for a 75 year old lady on her own. Can you help me?
