I made a purchase from Trafford Retail Park, Ann, who took my call, directed me to customer services, because I was informed due to hygiene I could not return a pillow, which was wrong design, because the package had been opened. After a call to
customer services and getting a reference number, Ann advised me to come back into store, as my local Warrington would not help me. I found Ann to be very professional and friendly.
