The staff in STRAIGHTON brach are so rude. I agree with every one star!!!!! The staff are rude, dont know their job, stuff is rubbish. Paul the manager is a liar and doest kniw the difference between a fitted sheet and natress protector. So because of all this i git barred. Then 2 months later my uncle gor barred. I was told his advancenents to staff made them feel uncomfortable lol hes 70yrs old!!! When we threatened with slander they totally changed their story, bunch of cleeky liars. Avoid if you can as all branches seem to be as rude. Go to Matlan or ikea 😁
