We found a blind that we wanted but they didn’t have our size at the SHOREHAM branch - Claire and Sam went out of their way to find and reserve us one at another local store - completely blown away by the amount of effort that went into the customer service ! Later that day went to other store to collect the blind, lovely lady on the door organised for the blind to be bought to me, and a guy bought it down from the store room in minutes - my experience of the staff suggests that they are good at recruiting the right people - keep up the good work Dunelm !
