I ordered an Esin Red Rug online on 17 March 2024 and it was delivered on Thursday 21 March, just as Dunelm promised. They kept me informed all the time and so did the delivery man. The rug looks exactly like it does on the photo. Excellent service, both from Dunelm and from DHL. Well done and thank you!
