Customer service is awful,
We accidentally damaged a part on assembly. Most normal places have replacement parts available for purchase so we emailed dunelm.
Explained the whole situation to them, then we were asked to send photos. After taking time to send photos they said that parts aren't available for purchase. SO WHAT WAS THE POINT IN MAKING US SEND A PHOTO?
