I went into Catford retail park dunelm and was horrified by a customer advisor who decided to purposely wheel a trolley nearly hitting my Mother saying take the xxxing trolley when my Mother asked if she could have one to shop because she is disabled
This area is a diverse demographic customers profile and it sadly appears that as customers of ethnicity they are treated differently in this particular branch
