Member of staff called Harry went ‘over and above’ to find an item that was shown to be in stock, but couldn’t be located. Absolutely first class customer service!
(Tried to leave feedback on Dunelm survey website but unable to access it! Lots of others complaining about the same thing.....Maybe Dunelm don’t really want to to pay out £250 for submissions...,!?!?!)
