Terrible, not interested in customers once items have been bought. I emailed Dunelm regarding a damaged mug and as yet they have never contacted me. Even tried to call the Paisley store and you cannot get through to their store.
I will never shop at this store again, very poor customer service and once they get your money they don't care.
