Wish I saw these reviews before purchasing from Dunelm.
Has to be the worst online shopping experience ever.
■ Recieved a faulty bed and had to get a refund.
■collection and refund process was very long winded.
■ After getting a refund, I ordered a different bed and recieved the wrong bed. They made me wait for almost a week to receive the correct bed . Because of this we had to sleep on the floor till we got our bed.
■ website is mediocre and not user friendly.
