Very unhappy with the service I have received. Ordered a bed and mattress on Monday, advised delivery will be within 3-5 working days, this morning the bed has arrived but no mattress... called customer service to chase the delivery for the mattress and advised wont be delivered until Monday, which is unacceptable and not in line with their promise of 3-5 days. I will not be using Dunelm delivery again.
