Twice blamed for taking and opening the curtain out of it's plastic cover, but it was open already. This end up with an arguement with the sales lady(Amanda) as I told her not to blame nobody if she is not sure. I asked her to show me the cctv if i did, but she declined my offer....the worse experience ever..avoid this Dunelm in Romford like a plague!!!
