Wrong labels put on click and collect items.
No receipt given out for refunded item - had to be done electronically - ergo wrong refund given and still waiting for balance owing. Emailed, acknowledged. Eventual reply asked if complaint sorted. Well no, still waiting. Wrote long screed giving full explanations codes included (noddy to big ears)..... hoping for reply and refund.
