I generally like Dunelm, however my now "not-so-recent" experience with ordering online left me extremely disappointed. It has to be the most awful online shopping experience I have ever had.
On the 6th of June I have ordered 4 pillows that were scheduled to be delivered on or before 15th June.
On the 17th I had tried to contact Customer Services as they still hadn't arrived. The telephone service is suspended so you can now only fill in a form to send away. The query gets picked up normally 24h+ later which is understandable giving the present situation.
What it's ridiculous is that the reply is a standard "we are investigating...will take around 72hours".EVERY TIME!
2 and a half weeks later...after contacting customet services the 3rd time as nobody is willing to reply with a status update..I still get the same reply. Less than helpful is an understatement!
Lovely shop, atrocious customer service!
