Ordered Duvet and pillow cases, package arrived delivered by Hermes, clearly had been torn and sealed back with tape.
Opened to find all pillow cases missing. Unable to telephone Dunel, e mailed got auto reply saying 5 day response, had reply very brief saying we will contact courier and get back to you. Still no reply, no offer of refund or replacement. I have used Dunelm a lot in the past but think they have lost a good customer now.
