Absolutely shocking customer service. Electric-fence.co.uk are not in UK - they intimate UK domestic deliveries take 2-5 days. They are telling lies - they have NO warehouse or shop in the UK - they send everything very slowly from GERMANY - loads of excuses as to why they couldn't trace order or tell me when I would receive it and they then refused to cancel order - I thought that was illegal ? You will definitely NOT receive order quickly - expect 3 weeks at best and no info and nobody cares - god knows how long it will take to get my money back!! They said I will get my money back when item is returned back to them in Germany?? They don't know where it is! What if I never receive it?? These people are deliberately misleading on their website - they have no morals and do not deserve our business - keep away.
