Placed order for a number of products and received electronic acknowledgment . 7 days later no update but money taken out of my account on day order was made. Rang company who said they would look into it and call back . No call back so rang them again . Told they were doing a stocktake in the warehouse so goods not sent. Stayed would be despatched in about a week !! Stated that goodsvrequired for a present. Made no difference. Cancelled order and now waiting for refund. Terrible service . Worse on line company I have ever used . Don't seem to care. No service , no goods . Avoid !
