When we picked up our car we were shown scratches on the wheel arches & were told that they were on record as damage from a prior hire. After returning the car I now have been told that I caused the damage & that my safety deposit would not be refunded unless I had photographic evidence of the scratches at the time of pick up. Royally Scammed!
