They are the absolute pits!!!!
Systems are awful, customer service is terrible and communication could actually be improved if they actually used carrier pigeon!
There's a reason customers actually HATE e-trade!
Cannot tell you how awful they are with a simple problem of accessing my account, which descended into such pathetic service that I was nearly happy to walk away from $4k rather than deal with them!
There are much better platforms - steer clear!!
