Quinn L was hired to write me a business plan and a business proposal the order was extremely late. When I received the business plan it was not professional she used photos that I didn't give her to use. This company is in remembrance of my special needs son. And this company did not deliver at all. I took the business plan and the proposal to potential investors and it was embarrassing one investor pointed out how many spaces that were between a few lines and this wasn't in one particular spot it was all throughout the proposal and the business plan I have reached out to Quinn l requesting that it is done right and I gave her the reason I have not yet to hear from her this is very disturbing I paid her her money and it is not her number that I can call to make a complaint or to get a refund very dissatisfied customer.
