Ordered a take away from Frankie and Benny’s in Dumbarton 45 mins before collection time. Arrived on time to collect the food and was told it would not be long. 25mins later I am still waiting with no updates from any servers. My food is brought out and when checked an item was missing and all the food was cold. This is not the first time I have been disappointed- food missing and having to wait too long for order. We will not be going back any time soon. Appalling service. PJ
