Restaurant in Basingstoke was quite empty at 5.30 on a Wednesday, but even still the service was quite slow. The biggest problem was during the meal my wife had two cups of tea and both times they came without milk so we asked the waitress for some for her to forget on both occasions. We had to go and get it ourselves. The food was warm and pretty tasteless.
