I attempted to replace a defective item (garden hose) under warranty and was told I could only return within the 14 day period after purchase. The fault developed months after purchase and this is covered under the 'defective item' element of their T&Cs. Even when I pointed this out to them, they still would not accept or offer a refund/replacement. I have bought many items from them in the past but will not be in future as they do not follow their own T&Cs.
