BEWARE, FRAUDSTERS - We ordered a garden furniture set that was due to be delivered within a week. 3 weeks later they’ve told us that they can’t fulfil the order as they had sold out by the time we had placed the order.
That in itself is incredibly frustrating, but we’ve not realised they have refunded us for the product but not the £59 delivery fee that they charged (for the item that wasn’t even delivered!).
Absolute joke of a company with zero controls or customer services. 1 star is generous.
