Absolutely horrendous after buying a coat for £110 been worn 3 times for a big clump of feathers to come out the back of it they are trying to say it’s not faulty it is the nature of the coat and are trying to say I have damaged it by pulling the feathers out which I haven’t and are now denying me of a refund please stay away cause too much stress
