Having been looking for some ‘good’ artificial plants for sometime I discovered ‘Just artificial’ from a google search. After sometime spent looking through the website I started an online chat in order to get some extra information about some plants I was interested in. Dylan was excellent. He went way beyond what I was expecting to tell me about the stock and even photographed individual plants and sent the images to me so that I could see exactly what they looked like. He gave me measurements to make sure they would fit in the pot I intended to use. Absolutely incredible service from an independent retailer. I thoroughly recommend ‘Just Artificial’ and when the plants I ordered arrived they were of excellent quality and look superb and ‘real’ now they are all planted up. I will definitely be using ‘Just Artificial’ again in the future.
